"They made shipping way harder than it needed to be"
Getting my order delivered should’ve been a simple thing, but it turned into a hassle. It showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my package was or when to expect it. Just a frustrating experience for something that should be straightforward.

"Tons of tennis gear to choose from"
I mostly shop at Tennis Warehouse because they’ve got such a huge selection. Shoes, racquets, strings, grips, pretty much anything I’m looking for is usually there, and often in a bunch of colors or sizes too. It makes it super easy to compare options before buying. Overall, it’s a really solid site if you play tennis.

"Return process was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I ordered a pair of shoes and just needed to swap them for a different size, but the whole exchange took way longer than I expected. The updates were unclear too, so I ended up having to contact support more than once just to figure out what was going on. Come on now, it shouldn’t be that hard to track a simple exchange. It did get sorted eventually, but the return process felt slow and kind of frustrating.

I’ve ordered from Tennis Warehouse a handful of times now, i think their prices are usually decent. I’m not saying they’re the absolute cheapest on every single thing, so before anyone jumps on that, yes, I still compare prices elsewhere. But for older shoes, racquets, and sale stuff, I’ve found some good deals. Shipping has been fine for me, no real complaints there. It’s not a perfect store or anything, but overall I feel like I get decent value and I’d order from them again
